Return and Refund Policy

We recognize that sometimes things don't go as planned, so we value every customer's choice and respect their decision; that falls under our return and refund policy.

Return Process: We accept returns on all non-custom orders within two days of receiving the items (the item must be in good condition). We also accept free replacement returns on defective items or money back. However, we do not accept returns on any custom orders.


Note: 15% handling fee will be charged on all return requests.


Return Initiate Process: Once you receive the order and decide that you want to return the item. You must initiate the process within two days of accepting it. Now go to the website and contact the return label for your return request. 


Non-Returnable Items: Any custom items such as names or pictures, broken pieces, scratches, or more will not be accepted under return request.


Refund Process: We accept refund requests on all orders within two days of receiving the parcel, except for custom items. 


Important: For any return, exchange, and refund request, you must request within two days of receiving the order, and the item must be in good and new condition. Remember, these requests will not be accepted under custom items.
